Children’s Policy

Super8 will not knowingly collect any Personal Data relating to children below 18 years of age. This website is not intended for their use. As a parent or guardian, please do not allow a minor under your care to submit Personal Data to Super8. Please let us know in case the Personal Data of a minor administered in this Service. Super8 will take necessary measures to remove their data from the system.

  1. The application of the Super8 Mobile App is approved on the basis of the material representations provided by the applicant and shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set forth. Super8 owns the Super8 Mobile App feature and such, may refuse an application, withdraw or cancel membership, at its discretion.
  2. Super8 Mobile App is valid in all participating branches Super8 Stores nationwide. However, the rewards points earned through the application may only be used as payment for purchases at Super8 participating branches.
  3. Membership and Eligibility of Membership – The Super8 Mobile App shall be available to natural and juridical person at least eighteen (18) yrs old.
  4. The Super8 Mobile App is valid only for use of the member who must present the card when making or conducting a transaction in order to earn rewards points or premiums and when using the card to purchase using earned rewards points or when redeeming premiums. Super8 may require that a member present proper identification for proof of identity when using the Super8 Mobile App.
  5. The Rewards feature may only be used by the account owner of the Super8 Mobile App for his/her own purchases.
  6. The death of any member / participant of the Super8 Mobile App shall automatically terminate his/her membership as well as all rights and privileges of such membership, including but not limited to, forfeiture in favor of Super8 of all unused and/or unclaimed rewards points or premiums earned by the cardholder.
  7. Members of Super8 Mobile App are responsible for keeping their information up to date, such as but not limited to: change of name, address, contact details or other data
  8. By choosing to participate and become a Super8 Mobile App Account user, a Member explicitly agrees and consents Super8 to collect, store, access, retain, share, process and/or destroy the information provided to Super8 about the Member on his/her application, including details of purchases made and the use of this information for Customer Database Generation and to offer the Member products and services that are likely to be of interest to such member and for Super8’s market research purposes. If a Member has provided email, phone and mobile phone details to Super8, he/she may receive emails, phone calls and SMS messages from Super8 about Super8 products and services.
  9. Unless the Member indicates (which may be done on the application form at any time before submission and entry into the Super8 Mobile App Database) otherwise, Super8 shall also occasionally share the Member’s details to its affiliates and partners for marketing purposes in connection with similar products and services. If any Member wishes to cease receiving marketing or market research communications from Super8 or would like Super8 to cease processing their information in any other way, a written notice by postal mail or electronic mail coming from the duly registered email of the Member to Super8 regarding such preference shall be provided in such member. If Super8 Rewards points or premiums are earned from the purchase of goods which are subsequently returned or refunded (in accordance with the refund/return exchange policy of Super8), the member earning such Rewards points or premiums must present his Super8 Mobile App. All Rewards points or premiums earned from the transaction involving the goods that are returned or refunded will be deducted from said Super8 Mobile App at the time of refund or return.
  10. If Super8 Rewards points or premiums are earned from the purchase of goods which are subsequently returned or refunded (in accordance with the refund/return exchange policy of Super8), the member earning such rewards points or premiums must present his Super8 Mobile App. All rewards points or premiums earned from the transaction involving the goods that are returned or refunded will be deducted from said Super8 Mobile App at the time of refund or return.
  11. Super8 shall not be liable should a rewards or privilege be unavailable or withdrawn by the Super8 partner.
  12. Super8 reserves the right to make adjustments on earned rewards points or premiums as it sees fit, including, but not limited to, return or refunded goods or purchases from other Super8 partners or from other disputes, as the case may be.
  13. Rewards points or premiums are issued immediately at the time of purchase upon presentment of the Super8 Mobile App at the start of transaction. In the event of failure of any equipment used to operate the Super8 Mobile App Program at the time of transaction, Super8 reserves the right to refuse to issue or redeem rewards points or premiums and shall not be held liable for its non-issuance thereof.
  14. Members will be responsible for any loss or theft of a Super8 Mobile App. In the event of loss or theft, the member should immediately notify Super8 at any of its branches. The Member of Super8 Mobile App is responsible for the care and safety of its Rewards Card and all transactions generated through the use of the lost or stolen Rewards Card shall be deemed conclusively binding upon the Member and Super8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred from the Rewards Card.
  15. In the event of loss or theft of a Rewards Card the member shall fill up the corresponding form for loss of Rewards Card and pay for the P100 replacement fee. Pending the issuance of the permanent Super8 Mobile App, the member cannot earn or redeem points or premium.
  16. All Super8 Mobile App Members shall earn rewards points or premiums as may be determined by Super8. All rewards points earned or premiums awarded shall inure solely to the benefit of the holder of the Super8 Mobile App at the time of transaction. Super8 however, may amend its policies, terms and conditions on the award of any rewards points or premiums it may deem just, without prior notice and shall be binding upon all existing Rewards Card Members.
  17. Except for transactions due to technical failure of any equipment used for the Rewards program, all questions and/or disputes involving membership eligibility, award, accumulation or loss of Super8 rewards points or premiums shall, upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase, be addressed by the member immediately within thirty (30) days from transaction date. Failure of the cardholder to dispute the transaction within thirty (30) days shall be deemed a waiver of his right to question the same and the transaction shall remain valid and binding between the parties. Failed transactions due to technical failure of any equipment used for the Rewards program at the time of transaction where the cardholder has been previously notified of such failure shall not be subject of any complaint. All complaints shall be resolved solely by Super8 whose decision shall be final and binding.
  18. Super8 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms and conditions of the Super8 Mobile App program at any time, and shall endeavor to provide members with such information. Super8 will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage. A Member will be deemed to have accepted such change or variation if, after such change or variation, he or she uses the Super8 Mobile App and/or continues to earn Rewards Points or premiums.
  19. Super8 is not the supplier of the products and or services shown as Awards or Privileges and will not be responsible for any liability in relation thereto, unless expressly stated.
  20. Super8 may at any time refuse or revoke any cardholder’s membership in which case that Member’s rewards points or premiums earned will be forfeited and cancelled.
  21. Super8 will not be liable for any loss or damage due to changes to the terms and conditions of the Super8 Mobile App Program nor from the cancellation or revocation of membership and/or Super8 rewards points or premiums. Super8 will not be liable for failure to inform Members of such changes to the terms and conditions.
  22. Members are personally liable for any and all costs, charges, claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from their membership of the Super8 Mobile App.
  23. Members are solely responsible for any and all costs, charges, claims or liabilities including fees, duties and taxes which may arise and charged by governmental, non-governmental agencies and third parties of whatever nature as a result of the Member’s participation in the Super8 Mobile App Program
  24. Unless otherwise amended, membership in the Super8 Mobile App Program shall have a validity period of two (2) years commencing on the date of payment of the membership fee, whether as a new cardholder or as a renewal of thereof. All Super8 Mobile App expiration date are printed in all POS receipts given to the cardholder at the time of transaction. Renewal of Super8 Mobile App shall be made by payment of the Renewal Fee in any Super8 stores
  25. The Super8 Mobile App membership is considered dormant if the same has not been used for at least twelve (12) consecutive months from its last transaction date. As such, all rewards points or premiums accumulated in the Rewards Card shall be forfeited in favor of Super8.
  26. Voluntary termination by the Member for any reason, shall not result to the refund of any existing or remaining rewards or premiums accruing at the time of termination and shall hold Super8 free from any liability arising in connection herewith. The Member may request for termination of the Super8 Mobile App by written notice upon Super8 and surrender of the Rewards Card together with any valid identification. Written notices may be deposited at any Super8 branch.
  27. It is a breach of these terms and conditions for any Member, in the reasonable opinion of Super8, to act in any fraudulent manner or in any way likely detrimental to the interest of Super8, such as but not limited to, supply or attempt to supply misleading information, or make any misrepresentation in any way. Super8’s decision as to what constitutes a breach shall be final and binding.
  28. Any breach of terms and conditions, whether intentional or otherwise may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all issued rewards and premiums at the sole discretion of Super8. This may also result to non-eligibility for future or further participation in the Super8 Mobile App.
  29. Super8 reserves the right to terminate any previously issued loyalty cards, without prejudice to the application and issuance to existing members thereof of a new Super8 Mobile App. Super8 reserves the right to amend its policies, terms and conditions in relation to the Rewards Cards and other loyalty programs, including but not limited to the determination of membership and award rewards points or premiums. Any rewards points of premiums previously earned that may be lost or cancelled by virtue of the change in the loyalty program shall be deemed waived by the member thereof and shall hold Super8 free from any liability in connection therewith.
  30. The Terms and Conditions of the Super8 Mobile App shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the
  31. Republic of the Philippines. If any term or provision herein shall, to any extent be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions hereof shall not be affected thereby; each term and provision hereof shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  32. By affixing his signature herein and submitting the Membership Application Form, the Member warrants that he has read and understood and gives his unqualified conformity to these terms and conditions.
